Buckle up, buttercup
Let’s get the fuck out of stuck.
Hello, sweet pea 💗
My nickname is Anne-with-a-Plan.
I was smart & stuck. Author of two New York Times bestsellers. In charge of National Geographic and still felt stuck. Fucked stuck, to be exact.
Finally, after a car-wreck-divorce-job-loss, I trekked from hell to happy
And you can too.
Not easy, but you can do it.
Here’s a preview.
First, are you stuck?
Are you in the right place? See if any of this resonates…..
START HERE#1: Embrace the Stuck
Ready to get the fuck out of stuck? Embrace your situation. Seriously: thank your lucky stars and get the right mindset, then embark on the trip of a lifetime.
STEP#2: Get Going
Meet the itsy-bitsy practice that can change your life. Three steps. 30 seconds. Start doing this regularly and everything changes.
STEP#3: Escape
NOT the running away kind of escape. Au contraire. This is how to get out of, put down, let go of what’s been holding you back. Big difference.
STEP#4: Detox
Now we enter the laundromat. Gently clean, clear and cleanse invisible landmines. And I did say “gently.” There is no such thing as a Brazilian wax for this part of the journey. Slow, gentle, compassionate.
STEP#5: Meet You
Bring tissues. This is a reunion for the ages.
STEP#6: LIVE your happy
Step #6 is the part of the journey where you may feel like, Wtf, why didn’t somebody just tell me this? And, no, no, no, there is no way to spawn from stage #1 to #6. You cannot bypass all of the icky touchy-feely-sounding mid-journey stuff.
You can try….but IMHO, best case scenario, Life will strike you down again and you can start at #1 again. Worst case scenario, you miss the whole voyage, get trapped in “Fucked-stuck,” buy a Corvette, inflate your lips with goo…and stay stuck. Or, off you go! Live your happy.
Yes yes yes and yes
One step at a time, sweet pea💗
That’s all. Just one step.
You’re doing great.
xxoo
